If you would like to add your child's name to the Wait List, please complete the Application for Enrollment form below and return to the Child Development Lab with a $20.00 application fee. When we receive your application & fee, a confirmation postcard will be mailed.
Because the Child Development Lab maintains small group sizes, we are limited in the number of children who are enrolled in our program each year. Children who are admitted into programming typically are on the wait list for one to three years.
NOTE: Expectant Parents may submit an Application for Enrollment as soon as the baby is born.
