The Teens as Planners (TAP) program contributes to reduced school absenteeism and increased on-time graduation by developing teens' employability and life skills. As a result, communities benefit because TAP youth are engaged and productive citizens who are actively involved in their schools and communities. Community leaders recognize TAP youth as problem solvers instead of problems.
