Weatherization
The goal of the Weatherization program is to enable families and individuals to attain knowledge of energy conservation and energy-efficient practices that could help them:

- Save money with the right energy investments for their needs.
- Check refrigerator gaskets and proper cooling temperatures.
- Understand how Weatherization or simple home renovations and changes to behavior can ensure an energy-efficient home and lower energy costs.
- Evaluate and understand their energy bills and the services and program they can utilize from natural gas and electricity providers.
- Use Carbon Monoxide detectors appropriately.
- Avoid hyperthermia and hypothermia.
- Understand the benefits of Compact Fluorescent Bulbs and how to properly dispose of them.
- Understand that Weatherization works by sealing air leaks and increasing insulation.
