Dr. Lee's expertise is in aging, epidemiology, and community nutrition with a focus on food insecurity, food environments, weight management, body composition, and nutrition policy to promote nutritional health of older adults. Dr. Lee's work uses multidisciplinary approaches, and both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
