 HACE Honors Course Options

UGA Honors Program

HACE 3100 - Dr. Marlowe - Investigate a consumer topic, prepare a written report and present to the class

HACE 4100 - Dr. Mauldin - Prepare a research paper that reviews literature but also uses Census data; create contingency tables and interpret the data for each topic covered in the class

HACE 4300 - Dr. Sweaney - Conduct a content analysis of the last year of a selected housing journal

HACE 4350 - Dr. Sweaney - Prepare a 15-20 page research paper on a topic related to an issue covered in the course; complete extra readings for each topic in the course and answer questions

HACE 5150 - Dr. Swagler - Extend the analyses from the course and apply it to a topic agreed upon by the student and instructor; might be a conventional paper but could include alternative technologies such as the development of a Web site
