Chloe Freeman, BSFCS 2021
Chloe Freeman is a senior at UGA and she is a double major in Consumer Economics and Housing Management and Policy. In her time here at Georgia, she has served as the President of the H.O.U.S.E. Club as well as the Captain of the Rowing team. Currently she is serving as a Legislative Aid at the Georgia State Capitol.
Charlie Fleming, BSFCS 2014
Charlie, Producing Branch Manager at Movement Mortgage, leads a team of Loan Officers in customer service, production, recruiting and community engagement. As one of the leading mortgage lending professionals in the Athens area, he has been recognized repeatedly as a President's Circle Honoree, as well as a Business Partner of the Year through the Athens Area Association of Realtors.
He spends his days coaching, mentoring and training Loan Originators and Real Estate Professionals to assist them in achieving their personal, professional and financial goals, as well as the needs of their clients. His time is dedicated to his team, the real estate community and clients of Movement Mortgage.
Charlie is well known throughout the community for his involvement in charitable organizations including the Classic City Rotary Club, Extra Special People Inc and Books for Keeps.
Brandi Hunter Lewis, BSFCS 1997
Brandi is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she was a member of the women’s basketball team which won two SEC Championships (1996, 1997) and twice adorned Final Four honors (1995, 1996). She is currently a Real Estate Consultant with Compass. She is a Lifetime Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors distinguished, Multi-Million Dollar Club. Her designations include Accredited Buyer’s Representative and the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, which are the benchmarks for excellence in buyer’s representation and luxury homes.
Brandi is in the top 5% of production for agents nationwide. She has created a unique niche by becoming the go-to Realtor for NFL and NBA athletes, distinguished professionals, and for Atlanta’s high profile musicians & reality TV stars, including the likes of the Kandi Burruss, Offset & Cardi B, Fetty Wap and a host of others.
Brandi is a life member of the UGA Alumni Association and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Her most proud accomplishments are recently marrying the love of her life, Ryan Lewis, and her large blended family that has very active and talented student-athletes. Collectively, their children have athletic scholarships to Western Kentucky, Brown University, Clemson University, Kennesaw State, and their high school sophomore is one of the top 25 basketball prospects in the country and recently won a Gold Medal with the 16 & Under USA Basketball Team in Brazil.
Brandi prides herself on making God and family her priority, all while growing a thriving brand and real estate business. Her ultimate goal is to use her platform to inspire other women, particularly widows and those who have endured significant loss, to overcome their circumstances and live a life by design. She has recently launched the wildly popular podcast, "Mamas On The Move" along with her co-host and colleague Keshia Johnson. This podcast has captivated an audience of women and men that are drawn to their hilarious takes on the challenges that come along with being business owners, entrepreneurs, wives, and mothers.
Heather McElroy, BSFCS 2003
Heather is an Associate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. She began working in the real estate industry in Athens while in college and became licensed in the Spring of 2004. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science from the College of Family and Consumer Sciences majoring in Consumer Economics. She has continued her education over the years earning several designations along the way including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), e-Pro, Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
Heather lives in Athens with her husband Jon and their 2 daughters. She is an active Rotarian and Board member for Clarke County’s Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library and volunteers at her church and girls’ school. She loves to travel, especially somewhere tropical, and ride bikes with her family.
Her philosophy of providing top-notch service to her clients has afforded her loyalty and referrals from past clients for years. She is consistently awarded Chairman’s Circle Gold with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices representing the top 2% of agents globally. Additional accolades include FACS Outstanding Alumni Award and the Bulldog 100. She genuinely believes in assisting her clients in making the most financially sound decision for their individual needs.
Chad Howard, BSFCS 2001
Chad Howard is the Vice President and Branch Manager for the Regions Bank Athens, Prince Avenue location. He has managed several locations since 2011 including Prince Ave (Athens), Atlanta highway (Athens), Madison and Conyers.
He began in the banking and mortgage industry in 2001 after graduating from the University of Georgia. He is a recipient of the Chairman’s Club Award which recognizes associate performance in the top 10% of all branches across the 16 state footprint of Regions bank.
In his spare time, Chad enjoys running, attending UGA sporting events and spending time with family at the beach. He resides in Watkinsville with his wife and daughter, who is a freshman in college. Chad enjoys helping clients realize their dream of home ownership and prides himself in being able to guide clients through the process.
