Middle Georgia State University

What activities or student organizations do you participate in?

I’m a member of the student financial planning association

Why did you decide to transfer to UGA?

UGA has been my dream school ever since I was young. I grew up coming up to Ga games and fell in love with Athens.

What do you like about FACS?

I love how close everyone in FACS seems to be. My classes are all pretty small so it’s a perfect opportunity to get close to people and my professors.

Is there a faculty or staff person who has been particularly helpful during your transfer journey?

Christie Sanders!! My academic advisor. She’s the best!

What has your favorite UGA and/or FACS experience been?

Honestly just meeting and becoming friends with so many new people.
