Job Description

The purpose of the Farm and Ranch Stress Assistance Network Program (FRSAN) is to establish a network that connects individuals who are engaged in agriculture-related occupations to stress assistance programs. As the Rural Stress Extension Educator, I am responsible for working directly with county Extension agents, program assistants, and community members/organizations to conduct programs related to farmer and farm family stress, using curriculum developed for this purpose. I was raised on a multi-generational farm in Southeast Georgia. From this, I developed a deeply personal connection to seeing farmers and farm workers thrive.
