FACS faculty are providing cutting edge research in the fields of child and family development, foods and nutrition, housing and consumer economics, and textiles, merchandising and interiors. Many have been recognized both nationally and internationally for their accomplishments.

In addition to our successful research program, the College of Family and Consumer Sciences is known throughout the University of Georgia as one of the most student-centered colleges on campus.
